Jacqueline N. Walton is an associate attorney at Reisman Sorokac.  She concentrates her practice in real estate, government affairs and corporate matters.

Ms. Walton’s experience includes entity formation, contract drafting and review, land use entitlements, commercial leases, real estate purchases and sales, business licensing and privilege licensing.

  • Negotiated vendor contracts on behalf of an international senior living property management company
  • Represented a franchisee in the formation of a new corporate entity, in negotiating a lease for retail space and in obtaining a local business license
  • Obtained liquor licenses for timeshare facilities on the Las Vegas Strip
  • Assisted in representing a client in a $40 million real estate transaction involving multiple businesses, properties and privilege licenses
  • Represented a client in the lease, with an option to purchase, of a $4.85 million wine country bed and breakfast business
  • Assisted clients with refinancing and construction financing
  • Provided zoning/land use analysis for a proposed multi-family development
  • Assisted with compliance issues for local, state, and federal laws relating to healthcare facilities
